Off line DOWNLOAD EWDB data

Note:
This option allows download  all EWDB passport data as zipped ASCII text file, tab delimited, size 4.2 MB.  All descriptors are compatible with the MCPDL version 2 (December 2001). 

Exceptions are two non standard fields: 
EWDB_ID = identifier within EWDB 
GROWTH_CL = growth class (W=winter, S=spring, I=intermediate)
